1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Bondi Spaces website, showroom services, and B2B Portal (“Portal”).

The website allows users to browse our products, services, and project solutions. 

Approved B2B customers may create an account to access trade pricing, place orders, and manage project-related purchases.

By accessing or using this website or Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Trade Accounts & Portal Access

2.1 Trade accounts are available to approved business customers, including builders, architects, designers, developers, and related industry professionals.

2.2 Bondi Spaces reserves the right to approve or decline any trade account application at its discretion.

2.3 Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.

2.4 Bondi Spaces may suspend or terminate access to accounts where these Terms are breached or misuse is identified.

3. Product Information & Website Content

3.1 We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, finishes, dimensions, images, and technical information are accurate and up to date.

3.2 Variations in colour, texture, finish, grain, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, material characteristics, photography, or screen display settings.

3.3 Product availability, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.

3.4 Content displayed on the website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute technical, architectural, or engineering advice.

4. Pricing

4.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4.2 All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Pricing is subject to change without notice.

4.4 Trade pricing provided to approved B2B customers is confidential and must not be disclosed publicly or shared with third parties.

5. Orders

5.1 Orders may be placed by approved customers through the Portal, showroom, email, or direct account management.

5.2 Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance until confirmed by Bondi Spaces.

5.3 All orders are subject to product availability and supplier confirmation where applicable.

5.4 Bondi Spaces reserves the right to amend, delay, or cancel orders due to stock discrepancies, supplier delays, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 For large-scale, custom, or made-to-order purchases, Bondi Spaces may require a deposit to secure production or supply allocation.

6.3 Orders will not be released for delivery or collection until payment has been received in cleared funds.

7. Delivery & Collection

7.1 Delivery

Delivery arrangements are coordinated by the Bondi Spaces team or approved logistics partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier schedules, freight availability, or project conditions.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7.2 Warehouse Collection

Customers may collect orders once notified that goods are ready for pickup. Collection must occur during designated warehouse hours.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transport, labour, and handling requirements.

8. Returns, Claims & Warranty

8.1 Reporting Period

Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.

8.2 Damaged or Defective Products

Claims relating to damaged or defective products will be assessed in accordance with the relevant supplier or manufacturer policy. Bondi Spaces will coordinate with suppliers regarding repair, replacement, or credit where applicable.

Photographic evidence and supporting documentation may be required.

8.3 Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and require prior approval from Bondi Spaces.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

A restocking fee may apply. Freight and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, made-to-order, clearance, or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bondi Spaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, Portal, products, or services.

Bondi Spaces’ total liability is limited to the purchase value of the goods supplied.

Nothing within these Terms excludes rights or guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, branding, logos, product information, technical documentation, photography, renders, and marketing materials remains the intellectual property of Bondi Spaces or its suppliers and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Bondi Spaces may collect and store customer information necessary to provide products, services, account access, and project support.

Information is managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required for operational, legal, or supplier-related purposes.

12. Website Availability

Bondi Spaces aims to ensure the website and Portal operate reliably at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, modify, or restrict access to any part of the website or Portal without notice for maintenance, updates, security, or operational reasons.

Bondi Spaces is not liable for temporary unavailability, system interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

13. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse this website or Portal, including but not limited to unlawful or fraudulent activity, attempting unauthorised access to systems or accounts, transmitting malicious software or harmful code, distributing spam or promotional content, copying or scraping website content without permission, or using the website in a way that may damage, disrupt, or impair functionality.

Bondi Spaces reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access where misuse is identified.

14. Specification & Technical Disclaimer

All specifications, drawings, product recommendations, and technical guidance provided by Bondi Spaces are intended as general project support only.

Final responsibility for verifying suitability, compliance, installation requirements, and project-specific performance remains with the builder, architect, contractor, consultant, or relevant qualified professional.

Bondi Spaces is not responsible for project outcomes arising from incorrect installation, third-party modifications, or use outside manufacturer guidelines.

15. Third-Party Brands & Supplier Content

The website may include product information, specifications, imagery, and branding supplied by third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

All trademarks, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Bondi Spaces is not responsible for inaccuracies, discontinued products, or specification changes provided by third-party suppliers.

16. Force Majeure

Bondi Spaces is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruption, freight delays, manufacturing shortages, natural disasters, industrial action, or government restrictions.

17. Amendments to Terms

Bondi Spaces reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

Continued use of the website, Portal, or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
